As Client Partner, you partner with our clients to seek out opportunities and plan the future. 

Working closely with the Delivery Lead, you will inspire the internal team and impart information allowing them to produce their best work, all whilst meeting commercial expectations.  To be successful you will need a good understanding of large scale digital products and services.

Part of your role is to line manage the client service team within your assigned account portfolio, being an important part of their growth and achievements.

Key Responsibilities

Client champion

Act as the internal client within the agency, championing them by growing strong relationships, driving key client meetings, mentoring the team and acting as the final escalation point.

Business champion

Delight clients and foster long term relationships by providing senior clients with business transforming ideas and digital expertise.  Utilising your experience, innovative mindset and keen thinking, ensure digital helps our clients to exceed their KPI targets.

Stakeholder champion

Keep stakeholders informed of project progress at all times and manage expectations proactively.

Projects

Inspire the team to develop top-quality solutions to our clients that earn high marks for client satisfaction. Drive reputation by seeking recognition, awards, and PR with the help of our Marketing & PR.

Team

Directly line manage or indirectly manage all client service team members within your portfolio. Work with HR for people-related items.  Foster a strong team culture and environment of excellence, professionalism, and can-do positive energy.

Commercial

Drive the portfolio with growth in mind and to meet the revenue and margin targets set by the Client Services Director. Leverage relationships to extend the Great State remit within existing and new client organisations.
