We are on the hunt for an experienced SAM or SAM looking to step up to an Account Director to join our established and growing agency. You will play a pivotal role on one of our largest and growing, high-profile automotive accounts.
You will live and breathe digital, working closely with the Senior Account Director to build and develop meaningful client relationships, driving the strategic agenda of the account. Through the strength of your client relationships and through your insight and expertise coach them to make smarter digitally focussed decisions.
In addition, you will work in collaboration with the delivery managers and wider studio team to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of projects ranging from large technical projects, transformational work streams to consultancy and analytically led initiatives.
You will be well adept at working with agency partners and have the gravitas and experience to manage these relationships. You will take a pragmatic approach to understand the client’s nuances, opportunities and challenges to further develop their business – whilst at the same time protecting the interests of the agency.

Your ideal skills:
Be a thought leader, whether that be through your opinion and initiatives driven within the agency or your external profile
Solid understanding of digital disciplines, with at least 3-4 years digital agency experience
Automotive experience (Desired but not a necessity)
Excellent people skills - establishing and nurturing senior relationships within your client organisations
Excellent all-round communication skills
Strong commercial acumen - manage and be accountable for the finances and financial planning of your clients
A motivated team player, you will be confident, friendly and professional
Ability to inspire, coach and mentor junior members of the team
