We are an award-winning London and Bristol based agency with an enviable client roster. We are currently looking for a talented and passionate UI designer to join our expanding London experience design team.
You should be someone with a great eye for design and who knows how to achieve it. A pixel perfectionist that understands how people interact with technology - thinking in journeys, experiences and movements not just flat jpegs.
As a key member of our experience design team you would be joining UX designers and interface developers in our East London office. You'll work collaboratively together to form an agile, lean team; designing, testing and crafting industry leading websites, apps and experiences.
Produce high-quality, well organised Sketch files based around robust design systems.
Help create and build prototypes, wireframes, style guides and user flows.
Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile methodology and the ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers.
Present your designs clearly and passionately, with solid theory and rationale behind them.
Be a good communicator; comfortable in front of clients, able to build relationships and represent the agency externally.
Design delightful and useful UI interactions and animations, documenting and communicating them clearly through low-fi prototypes, sketches and mock-ups.
Understand the possibilities and limitations of interface development and work closely with developers to refine and polish interactions.
Work independently as a key member of the London experience team, whilst also maintaining a close working relationship with other creatives and the Creative Director in the Bristol office.
Three or more years of experience and proven track record.
Strong portfolio to be presented during interview.
Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
Experience using tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision and any other industry standard prototyping/animating tools you feel help aid your role.
Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
Willing to travel to the Bristol office on occasions - approximately 2-3 times per month (travel expenses covered).
Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
In return we offer a fabulous working environment based on Old Street roundabout, excellent benefits, the chance to work on exciting projects, a place to learn constantly and make great friends.
