We provided digital touchpoints and an online booking journey, allowing Historic Royal Palaces (HRP) to bring the past to life for more than 5 million tourists each year, at some of history's most iconic landmarks.
This iterative, agile programme of works redeveloping the web estate was a key component of HRP's 5-year digital transformation roadmap. The new solution met the various needs of audiences to their attractions and locations, from the Tower of London to Hampton Court Palace, as well as the main Historic Royal Palaces site, serving as a hub for donations, membership and information about the charity itself.
The website's design and user experience engaged and attracted visitors and ticket purchases and increased donations, providing the online push for over 5 million tourists visiting the site annually.
