When INEOS Automotive set out to introduce the Grenadier - a rugged 4x4 inspired by the original Land Rover Defender - they needed a digital partner to bring their brand to market on a global scale. With a presence across multiple countries and languages, a consistent brand and seamless digital experience were essential – for both launch and long-term success.
From the ground up, we worked with INEOS to define a cohesive digital brand, ensuring every touchpoint, from site to CRM, built excitement, established credibility and could scale for future growth.

Next, we led a global platform migration, ensuring INEOS Automotive’s digital ecosystem could support marketing, sales and customer engagement worldwide. Our Technical Architects guided a rigorous procurement process, ensuring the selected platform aligned with business, functional and technical requirements. Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) emerged as the ideal solution, integrating seamlessly with Salesforce CRM via a low-code integration layer built for scalability and adaptability across markets.
With a tight four-month timeline, we designed, built and launched the multi-market, multi-language platform. Sitecore Managed Cloud hosting ensured enterprise-grade security, resilience and disaster recovery, while an intuitive CMS empowered INEOS teams to efficiently scale content across global markets. A 24/7 support system ensured uninterrupted performance.

The result: A flawless global launch, that built a solid digital foundation for INEOS Automotive to move from disruptive startup to serious global contender.
